We aim to ensure satisfaction with every order and enrollment. However, please review our refund terms below:

  • Products (Baked Goods): Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled. However, if an item is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Courses & Training: Refunds for courses are available only if cancellation is made at least 5 days before the class begins. Once training starts, no refunds will be issued.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
